I had my grandkids here from Iowa to swim for the winter and my pool’s heater went out. Alex was more than helpful. He even used FaceTime to try to get it up and running and got a tech to us right away. Got it fixed and the kids enjoyed their vacation. Alex did a great job.

I would like to acknowledge three Everclear employees. I have been a customer since 2022. Two employees have helped me on numerous occasions and the third came to my rescue today. Alex has been a continuous go to person who has been very helpful in reconciling issues during my time with Everclear. He also comes across professionally and represents Everclear in a positive manner! JD has come to my rescue twice in adjusting my pool pump timer to meet money savings unisource standards. He came to my house outside of normal hours because we have a Hayward pool system which is a minority system in Havasu. Lastly, Tim performed his magic today to troubleshoot and repair my pool heater/cooler which had a capacitor failure. My appreciation to all three of these Everclear employees....Thank You!

My pool is serviced by Javan, a technician who puts the word work back into ethic. Takes the time to do it right. Having an older pool without all the automatic fixtures makes it a challenge he is up to. Thanks for peace of mind and a beautiful Everclear pool.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. My wife and I had a serious issue with our pool pump, I called them, and originally spoke with Josh who was very nice on the phone, I was then put in touch with Alex, and I dealt with Alex from there A lot of companies won’t work on pools like ours because the equipment is older, but EverClear Pool Service said no problem. We were originally told there was no way they could have someone there before Monday because our problem required a more experienced person, I explained that we were under a time crunch because of our work schedules and us not living here in Lake Havasu. Alex was able to find someone for us that would work on Saturday. Mark arrived early Saturday morning and clearly was very knowledgeable, he helped my wife figure out the issue and helped us solve the problem. Everything works just as it should now. This house has been in my wife’s family for a long time and is very important to us. Alex made us feel Iike it was just as important to them and they did everything they could. Alex and Mark and everyone else at EverClear Pool Service went above and beyond to insure our issue was solved. As I said at the beginning of this review, I cannot say enough good things about EverClear Pools. If you have any issues at all, they should be your first call.

This is by far a 5 star company with elite customer service. Don’t look any further. Mitchell services our pool weekly and what a stand up human. Everclear is a superior pool service company that balances its many older pools with the newer high end models. Owner Don has always been sensitive to the fact that my 88 year old moms pool, at the same house she’s lived in Havasu since the 1970s, has special needs to look after. We feel they treat our pool with tender care because of its age. Ryan has been a terrific manager of the pool, often figuring out its issues within minutes. And when you call Everclear with a question or problem the office staff is on it immediately. This is a well run company and we highly recommend. Have their services for almost two years. I've never owned a pool, so being uneducated, this company has helped me numerous times. If you live in Havasu , you should have them for your pool and piece of mind. Our pool is crystal clear.

I’ve used many other pool service companies over the years and none of them come close to level of service and professionalism of EverClear! Don the owner is Top Notch, and his service team are as well! Super impressed that he has a Quality Control person the randomly check my pool after our regular service tech is done to make sure I’m receiving the highest level of service, that’s a first for me!
